Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and or engaging with Cambridge Transport and Recovery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or engage with our services.

Services Provided

Cambridge Transport and Recovery provides vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, breakdown support and transport services. This includes but is not limited to vehicle recovery, accident recovery, emergency call outs, jump starts, fuel delivery, tyre changes, vehicle transport for short or long distance, and movement of specialist or non running vehicles. Specific details of each service are outlined in our service descriptions.

Design and Consultation

Cambridge Transport and Recovery does not provide design based services. Any advice or guidance given during a consultation or booking is intended solely to assist with delivering the requested service.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in our pricing information and are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger or pre booked transport jobs, deposits or upfront payments may be required. All charges must be paid in full before the release or transport of any vehicle.

Project Completion

Cambridge Transport and Recovery aims to complete all services within the agreed timeframe. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Any expected delay will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

Liability

Cambridge Transport and Recovery will use reasonable care and skill when providing any service. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from delays, third party involvement, road conditions or circumstances outside our control. We are also not liable for pre existing damage or mechanical faults that occur during standard recovery movement of a vehicle.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

Cambridge Transport and Recovery reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be displayed on this page.
